Intake Forms (new clients):

Prior to your first appointment at The Ligon Law Office, please print out and complete the appropriate Intake Form below.  You should bring the completed Intake Form with you when you meet with Attorney Ligon.

• Intake Form for Family Law clients (divorce, custody, etc.)
   
• Intake Form for Estate Planning clients (wills, trusts, etc.)
   
• Intake Form for all other clients

 

Pay Your Bill Online (existing clients):

Existing clients can pay their invoices online with Paypal using the form below.
